April 8 is the last day set for the sealing of deals in Medica AD shares, which will entitle investors voting rights at the forthcoming general shareholders' meeting of the company.

The meeting is scheduled for April 24, while Medica's shareholders will have to decide whether the capital of the company should be raised at the expense of the retained profit.

The proposal envisages the increase of the capital of the company from 335,623 leva (171,600 euros) to 10,068,690 leva (5.15 mln euros) with own funding through the conversion of part of the profit into capital, at the expense of the retained profit for previous years. For the purpose, the company will issue a total of 9,733,067 new shares with 1 leva (0.51 euros) par value each.

The rights issued as part of the capital raise of Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT will be traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) until April 9.

The REIT plans to hike its capital from 14.044 mln leva (7.18 mln euros) to 28.089 mln leva (14.36 mln euros) through the issuing of 14.044 mln rights. Each right will allow the subscription of one new share at 1.10 leva issue value.

A total of 562,284 rights of the company changed hands in 17 transactions last week. The combined value of the deals amounted to 56,000 leva (28,600).

Sila Holding's rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of the company will be traded until April 11.

The company plans to raise its capital from 90.89 leva (46.4 euros) to 2.09 mln leva (1.068 mln euros). The company has issued a total of 90,886 rights and offers 1,999,492 shares for subscription. The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 1/22.

A total of 3,375 shares, accounting for 5% of the capital of Steel Profiles, will be offered at a closed mixed auction on BSE on Friday. The minimum price of the package is set at 235,000 leva or 70 leva per share.

BSE's total trading turnover amounted to 154.245 mln leva (78.86 mln euros) last week. The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped 3.49% points to 1,203.50 points, while the broader BG40 index declined by 3.21% to 342.94 points.
