This week on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange starts the 16th centralized public auction, and three public companies start dividend pay out on their 2006 income.

The emission from the capital increase of Bulgarian River Shipping AD will be floated for trade today. The company increased capital from 1 158 347 leva (592,253 euros) to 28 958 675 leva (14 806 335 euros) by issuing 27 800 328 common, registered, paperless shares with a face value of 1 lev.

The company used own funds to increase capital, which means tomorrow stockholders will receive 24 new shares for free.

Today is the final date for trade with the stock of Industrial Holding Bulgaria as a result of which the holder will be entitled to vote at the forthcoming general meeting.

On 29 August the holding's shareholders will vote a proposal for capital increase from 26.254 mln leva (13.423 mln euros) to 43.757 mln leva (22.372 mln euros). Under the proposal, the holding will issue 17.503 mln new paperless voting shares with a face value of 1 lev and issue value of 2.40 leva.

The 16th centralized public auction on BSE will take place between 13 to 23 August. Shares of 110 companies, 9 of them public, will be offered at the auction.

Three public companies start dividend pay on 2006 income this week. On Tuesday (August 14) starts payment by Zenith Agroholding (1.08 leva gross dividend/1.044 leva net) and Zlaten Lev (0.10 leva gross dividend/0.093 leva net).

M+S Hydraulc start dividend pay on Friday, 17 August. The company's shareholders approved to pay 0.086 leva gross dividend (0.07998 leva net per share).

Trade with the rights of two real estate investment trusts, which are in the process of increasing capital, will continue through the week. These are Universal Properties REIT and Zenith Properties REIT. The respective bourse codes are R2UNTD and R2ZENIT.

Last week SOFIX dropped 1.6% to 1579.23 points and BG40 added 1.28 % to 398.12 points.
