Five public companies are currently in the process of capital increase and three others are starting the procedures this week.

Today, November 5 is the final date for trade with the rights issued by Real Estate Properties Investments REIT. The fund intends to increase capital by the minimum required 30% to 650 thousand leva (332,339 euros).

Trade with the rights of three other companies starts today on the BSE, these are Bulgarian Rose Sevtopolis, Holding Varna A and Holding Nov Vek.

Bulgarian Rose Sevtopolis has started procedures for a two-fold increase of capital, to 12.07 mln leva (6.171 mln euros), and Holding Varna A will be seeking a total of 49.5 mln leva (25.308 mln euros) on the market.

Holding Nov Vek will invest the funds in acquisitions of new enterprises, in restructuring of its stakes in other companies, and increasing the amount of financial assets.

Trade with the rights issued by Mel Invest Agricultural Land REIT ends today. The company is planning a capital increase from 7.027 mln leva (3.592 mln euros) to 14.054 mln leva (7.185 mln euros).

The general meeting of Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria EAD will be held November 8. Shareholders will discuss possibilities for a merger with Chimimport Agrochemicals, Zarnnei Hrani-Valchi Dol, Zarnenei Hrani Trade (previously named Zarnenei Hrani Bulgaria), Bek International, Zora AD, prima Agrochim, and ZarneniHrani Balchik.

The assets, liabilities, and borrowings of Slanchevi Lachi Bulgaria will be adopted by the newly established company – Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria AD.

Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria will have a core capital in the amount of 170.786 mln leva allocated in common, paperless, dividend-bearing, registered voting shares, entitling to liquidation rights, and with a face value of 1 lev.

The Supervisory Board of the newly established company will include Chimimport, CCB Group Assets Management and Finance Consulting EAD.

The final date for trade with the rights of Central Cooperative Bank, Industrial Holding Bulgaria and Properties Capital Investments REIT is November 9 (Friday).

As we already informed, the holding will increase capital from 6.254 mln leva (3.197 mln euros) to 43.757 mln leva (22.372 mln euros), and the bank is raising its capital from the current 72.76 mln leva (37.201 mln euros) to 83.155 mln leva (42.516 mln euros). Properties Capital Investments REIT is in the process of initial capital increase from 500,000 leva (255,645 euros) to 650,000 leva (332,339 euros).

Friday is also the day scheduled for the general meeting of Sila Holding. Shareholders will vote a proposal for capital increase from 91 thousand leva (46,527 euros) to 2.09 mln leva (1.068 mln euros) via issue of 1.999 mln shares with a face and issue value of 1 lev.
