Shareholders will discuss acquisition of Topsport newspaper at a price tag of 796,000 leva. Subject of the deal are the Topsport trademark and the newspaper know-how.
150,000 rights issued in the initial capital increase of City Properties REIT-Sofia will be offered at an auction on BSE on January 16.
The company was founded by Transstroy-Burgas, which controls 70% of the capital, TBI Dynamic (15%) and TBI Harmony (15%).
City Properties REIT plans to invest in residential, commercial and industrial properties, agricultural land, and offices.
January 16 is also the final date for trade with shares of FIA Bulgaria and Petar Karamichev, as a result of which the holder will be entitled to voting right at the forthcoming GMs of the two companies.
Both meetings will be voting capital increase proposals. FIA Bulgaria is planning to raise cap from 700,000 leva (approx. 357,904 euros) to 1.24 mln leva (634,001 euros). The issuing price of the new shares will be 9.31 leva. Petar Karamichev will increase capital from 626,000 leva (320,068 euros) to 3.31 mln leva (1.692 mln euros).
Last week SOFIX dropped 2.7% to 1660.13 points and BG40 fell 3.9% to 487.54.
