Three companies start dividend payment on last year's income this week. Those are Super Borovetz Property Fund REIT (July 31), allocating 4.875 leva/share. Kaolin and Torgotem will be paying 0.30 leva and 0.307 leva/share.
There are several general meetings of shareholders of interest to investors this week. On Wednesday shareholders in Orgachim will be voting on distribution of 2007 profit. The general meetings of Lomsk Pivo and Slantse Stara Zagora-Tabak will be held on Thursday. Shareholders of the last two will also vote distribution of 2007 income.
Lomsko Pivo is planning to allocate 450,000 leva as dividend and the tobacco company will be using the funds to cover losses from prior periods.
Roy Property Fund REIT shares will be floated on BSE on Thursday (July 31). The fund increased capital from 500,000 leva to 616,000 leva. The stock will be traded under the symbol RPR.
BG40 added 3.58% last week and SOFIX gained 0.7% to respectively 270.53 and 1028.19 points.
