The trade in the rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of Sila Holding will kick off on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today. The company plans to hike its capital from 90.89 leva to over 2.09 mln leva.

Sila Holding has issued a total of 90,886 rights, while the number of new shares offered for subscription amounts to 1,999,492. The rights and the shares were issued at a ratio of 1/22. The shares have 1 leva par and issue value each.

The general shareholders' meeting of First Investment Bank (FIBank) is also scheduled for today. The shareholders will decide as to whether the net profit of the bank for 2007 should be capitalized.

FIBank booked 51.111 mln leva net profit last year.

A mixed closed auction for the sale of 3.9% of the capital of Svetlina will be held on BSE on April 1 (Tuesday). The minimum price of the stake stands is set at 324,994.80 leva, or 18.825 leva per share.

A total of 3,375 shares of Steel Profiles will be offered in eight trading sessions between April 2 and 11. The minimum price of the stock is set at 235,000 leva or 70 leva per share.

The deadline for deals in Dobrudzha Holding's shares, which allow participation in the shareholders' meeting of the company, is set for April 2. The distribution of the company's profit for 2007 will top the agenda of the meeting.

Dobrudzha Holding posted 2.671 mln leva profit for 2007 or 9.01 leva per share.

The rights issued in the the capital raise operations of Bulgari Reserve Properties REIT and Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund Mel Invest REIT will be traded on BSE until April 2 and April 9, respectively. The stock symbols assigned to the issues are R2BULRP и R5ALOF, respectively.

The unused rights in the capital raise of Alpha Wood Bulgaria will be auctioned on April 3. The company plans to hike its capital from 206,870 leva to 620,610 leva, through the issuing of 206,870 rights.

BSE's broader BG40 index advanced by 4.61% to 354.32 points last week, while the SOFIX blue-chip index gained 5.19% closing at 1,246.97 points on Friday.
