Chimimport was the most liquid company within BG40 last week, according to Profit.bg statistics. A total of 680,483 shares changed hands in 201 transactions during the three business days between January 2 and 4. Turnover on the position amounted to 10.207 mln leva (5.218 mln euros).

The stock price varied between 15.1 and 15 leva.

Eurohold Bulgaria is the second most liquid company in BG40. 35,431 shares changed hands in 182 transactions worth 233,817 leva during the period. Last Wednesday the stock closed at an average of 6.74 leva, and at 6.52 leva on Friday.

Next is Monbat with 95 deals, 10,413 shares transferred, and weekly turnover at 313,099 leva. The stock price fell from 30.57 leva on January 2, to 30.02 leva on January 4.

On the other hand, Bulgarian-American Credit Bank was the least liquid last week with just 720 transacted shares. Next with just five transactions for the period are Chugunoleene, Alcomet and Polimeri.

There were a total of 1,597 transactions with the stocks in the broad indicators last week, in which 985,806 shares changed hands, total turnover came to 14.01 mln leva (7.163 mln euros).
