The first sod marking the start of the construction works on the Grand Plaza complex in Ruse will be turned on May 12. The first complex of this kind in the region will feature a multi-functional sports facility, a shopping mall, a five-star hotel and class A office space.

Investors in the complex include Densi Stroy, a subsidiary of one of the biggest consumer electronics importers in the country Densi-M; Prista Oil, a leading industrial and motor oil distributor and Ruse municipality.
