Doverie United Holding AD posted a net consolidated profit of 1.074 mln leva in the first quarter of the year versus 488,000 leva a year ago, the company’s report published on the website of BSE-Sofia, shows.

Total revenues were up 22.4% to 38.05 mln leva versus 31.51 mln leva in the same period of 2006. Meanwhile costs were up 19.3% to 36.9 mln leva from from 30.93 mln leva a year ago.

The holding has a core capital of 13.15 mln leva and own capital of 22.941 mln leva.

Total liabilities amounted to 104.7 mln leva, while cash and cash equivalent amounted to 15.8 mln leva.

As of 9 May 2007 the biggest shareholders in the company were IS-MA EOOD – 9.67%, Sopharma AD – 6.55%, Seconex Holding LTD, Cypros – 5.69%, and Ognyan Donev, individually and through related persons – 15.39%.

A total of 6,476 shares of the company changed hands today at 7.18 leva/share. The price of Doverie United Holding’s shares has increased 2.6 times since the beginning of this year.
