Today is ex-dividend date for trade with the stock of Neochim AD Dimitrovgrad and Bulgarian Rose AD Karlovo.

On May 6 the general meetings of shareholders in the companies approved dividend distribution of 0.20 leva and 0.43 leva respectively, or 0.186 leva and 0.3999 leva net dividend per share.

A year ago Neochim allocated 0.35 leva gross dividend per share and Bulgarian rose AD Karlovo gave 0.43 leva per share.

The Dimitrovgrad-based producer of organic and non-organic chemical products posted a net consolidated profit in the amount of 6.5 mln leva in 1Q against 4.574 mln leva a year ago.

Euro Fert AD controls 49,17% of the company's capital and Karifert International, Lebanon holds 17,16%.

Bulgarian Rose AD Karlovo posted a loss in the amount of 48,000 leva for first quarter compared with 21,000 leva for the respective period last year. Stara Planina Hold controls 49,59% of the capital and Maritza Hold AD owns 22,31%.

There were no transactions involving the company's stock on the BSE yesterday while the shares of Bulgarian Rose were traded at an average of 31.40 leva.
