Today, June 26, is ex-dividend date for trade with the stock of Hydrulic Elements and Systems, Zenit Agroholding, and Fazerles.

The general meetings of shareholders of the three companies were held 14 June. Shareholders in Zenit Agroholding approved gross dividend distribution of 1.08 leva per share, Fazerles will pay 0.65 leva per share, and shareholders in Hydraulic Elements and Systems approved distribution of 0.12903 gross dividend per share.

Fazerles is the first to start payments – on June 20, Zenit Agroholding and Hydraulic Elements and Systmes start payments 14 August and 3 September respectively.

Zenit Agroholding posted 1Q net profit in the amount of 10,000 leva (5,112 euros), against a loss at 4,000 leva (2,045 euros) a year ago. The company's core capital stands at 248,000 leva (126,800 euros) and its shared capital at 1.665 mln leva (851 301 euros).

Hydraulic Elements and Systems Yambol posts net sales revenues in the amount of 17.196 mln leva (8.792 euros) for the period 1 January 2007 – 30 April 2007, compared with 15.193 mln leva (7.768 euros), or 13.18%, for the respective period a year ago.

The company's net pfofit for the period stands at 1.257 mln leva (642 693 euros), against 936,000 leva (478 569 euros), towards 30 April 2006.

Fazerles reports net profit in the amount of 1.68 mln leva (858 970 euros)for the first quarter of the year, compared with 358,000 leva (183,042 euros) last year. Fazerinvest is principal shareholder in the company, controlling 58.5% of its capital, Leo Overseas Ltd has 9.16%.

Fazerles stock was traded at levels between 136.00 and 140.00 leva yesterday. The shares of Hydraulic Elements and Systems were transferred at levels between 25.00 and 25.50 leva per share. The last transaction involving the stock of Zenith Aghroholding was made on 7 June at 1.53 leva/share.
