Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has confirmed the prospectus for the initial public offering of shares in refined sunflower oil producer Bisser Oliva of Stara Zagora.

The issue amounts to 817,733 leva, divided in as many common shares with 1 leva par value each. The issue value of the shares will range between 14.50 and 17.50 leva apiece.

The capital of the company will be hiked to 8.18 mln. leva, if the offering is successful.

Bisser Oliva specializes in the production of high-quality vegetable oils, as well as in the processing of oil-bearing raw materials and the production of technical and hydrogenated oils and oil by-products. The company performs commercial activities both in the country and abroad.

Major shareholders in Bisser Oliva include Risoil of Switzerland (48.71%), Gradus-1 (21.06%) and Bisser Oliva-98 of Stara Zagora (27.64%). Ivan Angelov owns indirectly 24.27% in Bisser Oliva through Gradus-1 and Bisser Oliva-98.
