The Financial Supervision Commission has issued an approval to the IPO prospectus of Herti Jsc, the institution announced.

The company will offer 3 mln shares to investors. The minimum issue price will be 3.1 leva, which means the the company's capital may grow to up to 15 mln leva (7.670 mln euros).

An additional 1.4 mln shares may be offered by current shareholders, Financial Director Elena Zaharieva told Profit.bg.

Herti is a producer of aluminum bottle caps. The company recently established subsidiaries in France in England.

H1 sales revenues grew more than 30% to 13 mln leva (6.646 mln euros), versus 9.68 mln leva (4.950 mln euros) for the respective period 2006.

In 2006 the company reported 23.638 mln leva (12.085 mln euros) in sales revenues, versus 22.217 mln leva (11.360 mln euros) in 2005. Mayer Export-Import and Alexander Yulianov control 34% and 33%, respectively, while Zahari Zahariev and Elena Zaharieva have 25%, and 8% each.
