Hanford Consultancy (Overseas) Limited, Nicosia, Cyprus, has acquired 49,000 shares, or 7.4317% of the capital of Pirinhart AD Razlog (

) , BSE reports.

The deal, which increases the company's stake in Pirinhart to 11.0793%, was made on 31 July.

The seller was Galaxy Property Grep, Plovdiv, which transferred the entire 7.276% of the capital (47,973 shares) it controlled.

Alfa Developments EAD Sofia holds, directly or via related parties, 542,140 shares, or 82.23% of Pirinhart's capital.

The company is planning a capital increase from 659,335 leva (337,112 euros) to 1 978 005 leva (1.001 mln euros) by issuing 659,335 rights, each entitling to the subscription of 2 new shares. The face value per new share is 1 lev.

116 shares changed hands on the position today at 6.50 leva/share.
