Herti Jsc will offer to investors up to 4.4 mln shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the financial director Elena Zaharieva told Profit.bg.

3 mln of the shares will be issued in the company' capital increase and another up to 1.4 mln shares will be offered by their current owners.

"I said up to 1.4 mln shares because our foreign partner will have the option of selling 400,000 shares if conditions suit them", Mrs. Zaharieva explained.

She also said she hoed the Financial Supervision Commission will approve the prospectus in the following couple of weeks, so that the IPO may be held in January.

"The issue of price range is currently being discussed with Raiffeissen," she added.

At the moment Herti's core capital stands at 12 mln leva (6.135 mln euros). The company is a manufacturer of aluminum bottle caps, and has subsidiaries in France and England.

H1 sales revenues grew more than 30% to 13 mln leva (6.646 mln euros), versus 9.68 mln leva (4.950 mln euros) a year ago.

The company posted 2006 sales revenues in the amount of 23.638 mln leva (12.085 mln euros), against 22.217 mln leva (11.360 mln euros) for 2005. Mayer Export-Import and Alexander Yulianov have 34% and 33%, respectively, while Zahari Zahariev and Elena Zaharieva control 25% and 8%, respectively.
