„Hidroizomat will hold a secondary public offering on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange this September,“ Jeko Jekov, the company's executive director told profit.bg

Hidroizomat increased capital from 59 191 leva (30 263 euros) to 1 299 122 leva (664 230 euros), the Central Depository weekly bulletin reveals. The decision for capital increase using own funds was approved by shareholders at theit last general meeting.

„We are hoping to be able to file our prospectus with the Financial Supervision Commission in a few weeks' time,“ Mr. Jekov also said.

The company's 2006 profit is in the amount of 354,000 leva (180 997 euros) and sales revenues for the period stand at more than 2 mln leva (1 022 584 euros).

The company is part of the group of Doverie United Holding. Principal shreholder is Riton PAD controlling 50% of its stock. The rest is owned by physical persons.

Hidroizomat was founded in 1962. The company's activities include waterproofing, installation of thermal insulation systems, repairs, transportation services and others.
