The indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended Tuesday's session in negative territory.

The SOFIX blue-chip index posted its second straight decline this week. The index slipped by 0.04%, to 481.53 points.

The broader BG40 shed 0.35% to 130.31 points.

BGREIT and BGTR30 lost 2.54% and 0.15%, closing at 48.81 and 364.71 points, respectively.

BSE's overall turnover exceeded 2.5 mln leva. Trade in bonds accounted for 337,000 leva of the total. The value of the over-the-counter trades amounted to 1.84 mln leva ast at 2:40 p.m.

A total of 90 issues were traded on the day with 42 of the companies posting stock price gains.

Stara Planina Hold was the biggest advancer on BSE's Official market on the day. The stock of the company appreciated by 4.08% to 2.04 leva per share. The traded volume on the position came to 2,800 shares.

Synergon Holding closed 2.56% up at 2.57 leva per share after 586 shares traded.

Oil & Gas Exploration & Production (-5.78, to 3.06 leva) and Petrol (-5.18%, to 4.74 lost) lost over 5% of their value on the day.

A total of 76 000 shares in Central Cooperative Bank were traded on the day. The stock appreciated by 1.61%, to 1.58 leva per share. Apart from Bulgarian-American Credit Bank (-2.06%, to 19.20 leva) the other actively traded banks on BSE also ended the day higher. First Investment Bank's stock price went up by 0.31%, to 2.95 leva per share, while Corporate Commercial Bank advanced by 1.71%, to 60.00 leva per share.

Infrastructure companies ended the day mixed. Advancers included Holding Roads (+1.56%, to 3.39 leva) and Trace Group Hold (+0.65%, to 77.50 leva), while Moststroy shed 1.96%, to 4.80 leva per share.
