Local indexes plunged to negative territory today. The main indicator SOFIX lost 1.10% to 1588.96 points, and BG40 dropped 2.92% to 398.47 points.

These results are mainly due to the decline on the position of Bulgarian-American Credit Bank which lost nearly 4% to an average of 81.23 leva.

The stock of Orgachim, the most important in the calculation of BG40, lost 3.89% to an average of 453.82 leva. 390 shares changed hands on the position.

Chimimport and Central Cooperative Bank dropped 0.62% and 0.52%, respectively, to 14.32 leva, and 9.53 leva. 200 shares of Slanchevi Lachi AD Sofia changed hands at 5,950 leva.

9.086 shares of First Investment Bank changed hands today, bringing the average price 0.82% down to 13.25 leva.

The main contributor to the bourse's daily turnover, which stood at 70 mln leva (35.790 mln euros), was the transfer of 291,656 shares of Insurance and Reinsurance Company DZI at 188.37 leva per share, or nearly 55 mln leva (28.121 mln euros) in total. The 70% majority stake in the company was transferred last week.

More than 300,000 shares changed hands on the position of Himko AD Vratsa at an average of 0.30 leva, or 9% down from yesterday. Currently bids are at 0.246 leva and asks at 0.279 leva

The price of Kotlostroene AD Sofia continues to go up. 130 shares were transferred today, and the price increased by the maximum permitted in a day 30%, to 38.69 leva.

Of the 132 emissions traded today 68 declined, and 51 advanced. A total of 1.4 mln shares changed hands in the session.
