The first auction for the sell-off of 20% of the stock of Lomsko Pivo will be held later today due to a technical problem, BSE reported. Trade did not start in the morning, but BSE officials told profit.bg they are trying to solve the technical problem as fast as possible, and the auction will start today.

The company was planning to offer 450,000 shares today. The minimum amount for purchase was 1 lot equivalent to 10,000 shares. Minimum price per lot was set at 21,200 leva and the maximum is 30,000 leva.

According to plans another 450,000 shares were to be offered tomorrow. The minimum amount for purchase on the second auction day was set at 1 share, at a minimum price of 2.22 leva and a maximum of 3 leva.

The third auction day was scheduled Monday (23 july), when unsold stock from the first and second day (if any) will be offered. Price limits remain the same – between 2.22 leva and 3 leva, 1 lot equivalent to 1 share.

The brewery's revenues grew 47% to 3.23 mln leva (1.651 mln euros) in 1H, against 2.2 mln leva (1.124 mln euros) a year ago.

Net operating profit reached 401,000 leva (205,028 euros) , which is a three-fold increase compared to the respective period a year ago.
