At its meeting today the Financial Supervision Commission approved the prospectus for the floating of shares of Mart Bulgaria Jsc and Dahlia EAD on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

Mart Bulgaria's capital stands at 1 mln leva, allocated in as many common shares with a face value of 1 lev. Its core activity is distribution of prepaid packages of the local mobile telephone operators.

The company has been developing a system for electronic distribution of vouchers with fixed and non-fixed nominal value, the so-called top-up service, since 2006.

Mart Bulgaria's board of directors includes Momchil Avramov – chairman, Petar Tabov – vice-chair and Dimitar Manolov – executive director. Main shareholders are Momchil Avramov and Petar Tabov, each controlling 50% of the capital.

Dahlia's capital stands at 400,000 leva allocated in the same number of common shares with a face value of 1 lev. The company is a furniture manufacturer and seller.

Dahlia is 100% controlled by Dimov-27 – Hristo Hristov. The board of directors includes Hristo Hrsitov – chairman and executive director, Petar Tachev – vice-chair, and Plamen Parishev – member.
