Indexes ended the week higher, and several companies reached record levels today.

The broad BG40 closed at a new maximum of 309.91 points. On a weekly basis, the index added 4.14%, and SOFIX gained 1.72% to 1411.61 points.

After it became clear yesterday that Eurohold Bulgaria is acquiring a major stake in a Romanian insurer, the company's stock rose 9.91% to an average of 4.77 leva, while some transactions were made at the record 4.90 leva.

The stock of Stara Planina Hold surged 10.66% to 6.85 leva. A new highest level was reached at 7 leva (calculated based on the change of capital).

Chimimport added 3.08% today to 12.38 leva, with 72 shares changing hands. The highest level reached on the position was 12.60 leva.

Record levels were also reached by Elana Agricultural Land Opportunity Fund (1.981 leva), Sparky Eltos (10.981 leva), Mak (29.50 leva), Chugunoleene (19.20 leva) and Miziya-96 AD (63 leva).

Favorit Hold adds 4.82% to 12.84 leva, with 1,448 lots traded today.

The shares of Albena gained 4.33% to 119.36 leva (with a record at 120 leva), and Monbat rose 3.92 % to 14.33 leva, with 18 450 shares traded, and a record at 14.70 leva.

The stock of First Investment Bank gained 4.52% to 12.71 leva today. 56 shares changed hands on the position. Meanwhile the shares of Corporate Commercial Bank lost 0.09% to 83.98 leva.

Of the 138 emissions traded today, 73 ended the day on positive territory, and 43 on negative.
