The shares issued in the capital increase of Eelhim Iskra AD Pazardjik (

) will be floated on the BSE on Tuesday, August 7, BSE reports.

The emission of 11 717 258 shares was issued as the company increased capital from 837,000 leva (427,951 euros) to 12.554 mln leva (6.418 mln euros) using reserves.

The Pazardjuk-based accumulator manufacturer posted 1H profit at 475,000 leva (242,863 euros), compared with 191,000 leva (97,656 euros) a year ago. Net sales revenues jump 62% from 8.535 mln leva (4.363 mln euros) to 13.822 mln leva (7.067 mln euros).

Stara Planina controls 51.4% of the company’s capital, while CSP Fund Managers and Rolet EOOD have 16.55% and 9.31%, respectively.

3708 shares of Elhim Iskra have changed hands so far today on the BSE at an average of 7.16 leva, or 9.98% up from previous session.
