The shares of Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria Jsc will be floated on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Monday, December 17, the bourse announced.

The issue is in the amount of 170,785,600 leva (87.321 mln euros), allocated in as many shares. The bourse code assigned is ZHBG, shares have been registered on Unofficial Market of Equities, segment A.

The IPO price range will be between 4.40 and 5.62 leva/share.

Allotment of shares and the final price will be announced on or around December 15, secondary trade will start two days later.

Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria's core activity is on the market of grain and oil-bearing cultures. The company is also a manufacturer of vegetable oils. It controls grain depots and facilities, a refinery, and is in the process of construction of a biodiesel plant.

Chimimport Jsc is main shareholder, controlling 53.96% of the capital directly, and a total of of 66%, together with the shares held via related parties (PAD CCB, POAD Saglasie, CCB etc).

Meanwhile, on November 30, BSE terminated subscription of shares of Slanchevi Lachi.
