The first auction for the stock of Lomsko Pivo Jsc will be held on the BSE July 19, Prokopi Prokopiev, Corporate Strategy Director in Enemona AD told profit.bg.

The second and third auction days will be 20 and 23 July, respectively. BSE announced today that the emsission worth 4.5 mln leva (2.300 mln euros) will be floated 19 July (Thusrday) under the code LOMSKO.

We remind that 20% of the capital of Lomsko Pivo Jsc are to be offered in a closed mixed auction on the BSE which will continue for three consecutive business days.

450,000 shares will be offered on the first day, when the minimum amount investors can purchase is 1 lot equivalent to 10,000 shares. The minimum price is 2.12 leva and the maximum is 3 leva.

Another 450,000 shares will be offered on the second day, but this time the minimum amount for purchase will be 1 share, the minimum price will be 2.22 leva, and the maximum price will remain 3 leva.

Unsold stock from the first and second auction days (if any) will be offered on the third day. The parameters remain the same – the price will be between 2.22 leva and 3 leva, 1 lot equivalent to 1 share.

The brewery's revenues increased almost 47% in 1H, reaching 3.23 mln leva (1.651 mln euros), compared with 2.2 mln leva (1.124 mln euros) a year ago.

1H net operating profit reached 401,000 leva (205,028 euros), which is a three-fold increase against 2006 1H.
