All 363,838 unused rights of Hydraulic Elements and Systems Yambol (HES) changed hands during today's auction held on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

A total of 48 deals were made, the minimum price per right was 0.70 leva and the maximum 7.01 leva. Total turnover on the position amounted to 259 057.43 leva.

Each right allows investor to the subcription of 0.16 new shares at their issue price of 19.75 leva. The final date for subscription of shares from the capital increase is 29 June 2007.

The company intends to increase capital from 2.62 mln leva to 3.039 mln leva. HES expects net revenues from the public offering to be in the amount of 8.148 mln leva after costs.

HES's 1Q net sales revenues stand at 17.196 mln leva which is 13.185 up from the 15.193 mln leva posted a year ago.

Net profit for the period stands at 1.257 mln leva against 936,000 leva for the respective period last year.

There were no transactions involving the company's stock on the BSE, bids and asks stayed at 25.51 and 25.98 leva per share.
