Orgachim Aims at the European Market
The long term objectives of Orgachim AD’s management are to retain their market share, to develop new markets by launching new labels and new products as well as the company’s establishment on the European Market. This was stated in the company’s annual report published by BSE.
In pursuance of these objectives the company has created branches in Turin, Italy and in Skopie, Macedonia and has founded limited liability companies in Italy, Ukraine, Serbia and Georgia.
The main markets for the company’s production are those of Bulgaria, Turkey, Greece, Romania, Egypt, Central European countries and former Soviet republics.
The market of paints, adhesives and lacquers can be segmented into industrial segment and consumer segment. The factors affecting the growth and development of these market segments define Orgachim’s sales as well.
10 years ago 70% of sales of paints, lacquers and adhesives were realized on the industrial market and around 30 % were realized on the consumers market while the current proportion is 40% to 60%.
In 2006 the company realized sales of production and materials for BGN 97.55 million which is 33% more than the previous year.
Orgachim AD is an affiliated company of Policolor AD ,one of the leading Romanian companies in the production of paints and lacquers.
During the last 12 months the price of Orgachim shares rose 2.4 times and today they reached a level of 185.68. As of 27 March, the market capitalization of the company is BGN 90.53 million.
