Vinzavod-Asenovgrad’s capital increase approved
The shareholders of Vinzavod-Asenovgrad AD approved the capital increase of the company from BGN 385 000 to BGN 10.017 million, BSE-Sofia reported.
The company will increase its capital using their own funds amounting to BGN 9.631 mln from their Reserve Fund exceeding the regulated minimum of 1/10.
For each share the shareholders will get 25 new ones from the capital increase.
The shareholders have approved the signing of a distribution agreement with Vini AS AD- Asenovgrad for the sale of goods, produced by the company’s Vinzavod Asenovgrad AD, which will hold the exclusive rights to trade them on the national market.
91.4% of the company’s capital is owned by Rosen Chatalbashev as 40.17% are direct shareholding and the rest 51.23% are held by related parties.
The final date for transactions with Vinzavod-Asenovgrad AD’s shares entitling the purchaser to new shares from the capital increase is April 10th 2007.
Today shares on this position were trading at the record level of BGN 20.72.
