Aktiv Properties REIT-Plovdiv has acquired the title over 1/12 ideal part of 2 landed properties located on a total non-built up area of 16,552 sq.m. in the regulated landed property for “Otdih & Kultura” park in Plovdiv, BSE announced.

In the end of March the fund bought the title over 12 properties located in the Oreshaka area, on the territory of Krumovo village, Rodopi municipality, Plovdiv region, occupying a total area of 48,076 sq.m., as well as 2 landed properties with non-built up areas of 11,578 sq.m. in the regulated landed property for “Otdih & Kultura” park in Plovdiv.

Yesterday BSE announced the company had made another purchase. This time it acquired the title over 6 real estate properties with a total area of 38,045 sq.m., located in the Alepu region near Sozopol.

The properties, bought in the regelated landed property for “Otdih & Kultura” will be used to build a residential complex, the fund’s CEO Dilyan Panev told Profit.bg.

A total of 300 shares on this position were traded yesterday at 1.57 leva per share.
