Siloma AD To Up Its Capital To 2.334 Million Leva
Siloma AD-Silistra plans to increase its capital from 179,551 leva to 2,334,163 leva, a statement published in the latest issue of the State Official Gazette shows.
The capital increase is to be voted at the forthcoming general meeting of Siloma’s shareholders (GMS), scheduled 23 May 2007. The increase will be made using own funds of the company, through transforming a part of the profit into capital and using money from the Reserve fund, exceeding 1/10 of the capital.
If the decision is approved, each of the current shareholders will receive 13 shares of Siloma AD for free.
Industrial Capital Holding AD-Sofia controls 92.077% of Siloma’s capital.
In the end of March the holding will have a general meeting which is expected to vote a capital increase from 1.944 mln leva to 7.776 mln leva using own funds.

The holding’s core capital amounts to 1.994 mln leva, while its own capital stood at 8.61 mln leva in the end of 2006. Its main shareholders are Industrial Credit Bulgaria Ltd., which controls 18.34% of its capital, ZAI AD - 12.96% and EMKA AD with 10.22%.
Last week 308 transactions worth 645,000 leva were made on this position. Bids were at 23.70 leva, while asks stood at 23.89 leva per share.
