At the last auction for the sale of Bulgarian River Shipping AD-Rousse stock, the remaining 187 770 shares were sold in 50 sessions for a total of 33.8 mln leva.

Thus in the 5 auctions during the week all 291 980 shares of the company representing 25.2066 per cent of the capital were sold for a total of 52.6 mln leva.

Bulgarian River shipping AD- Rousse is appointing a General Meeting of Shareholders May 21, 2007 at which a capital increase of the company will be voted.

The draft decision is for a capital increase from the current 1.158 mln leva to 28.959 through the issuance of 27.8 mln new shares of a face value of 1.00 leva with company’s own funds. Thus each shareholder in company shall receive 24 shares for free.

Bulgarian River Shipping announced a net profit of 1.33 mln leva for the first quarter of the year against a loss of 296 000 leva for the same period last year.

During today’s trading session were sold just 8 shares at 182 leva.
