All 40,247 unused rights, issued as part of the capital raise operation of Alfa Wood Bulgaria, were sold in two transactions at an open bid auction on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) today.

Each right allows investors to subscribe two new shares at 30.00 leva issue value.

Alfa Wood Bulgaria plans to raise its capital from 206,870 to 620,610 leva through the issuing of 206,870 rights.

The capital of the company will be raised only, if at least 297,120 new shares get subscribed an paid. The deadline for the subscription of shares issued in the capital raise is April 18.

No deals were sealed on the position of Alfa Wood Bulgaria today. The bids/asks stood at 20.20/23.99 leva per share.
