ERG Capital-3 REIT Mulls Distribution of 0.16 Leva Dividend per Share

The shareholders of ERG Capital-3 REIT (
) will decide at a general meeting, scheduled for June 6, whether 90% of the company's profit for 2007 should be distributed as dividend, the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) said.
The REIT booked 368,180 leva (188,200 euros) profit for 2007. A total of 331,380 leva (169,500 euros) of the figure will be distributed as dividend, while the remaining 10% of the figure, or 36,000 leva (18,400 euros), will be allocated to the Reserves fund.
If shareholders vote in favor of the proposal, the gross dividend per share to be paid will amount to 0.16 leva (0.08 euros). If there is a lack of quorum, the meeting will be held on June 23.
Shareholders on record with the Central Depository as at May 23 will be entitled to exercise their voting rights at the meeting. The final date for buying shares in the company, which will allow the shareholders to exercise their voting rights at the meeting, is May 21.
ERG Capital-3 REIT's stock was last traded on April 2 at an average price of 28 leva per share.
The shareholders of ERG Capital-2 REIT will decide on the distribution of 0.2636 leva (0.1347 euros) gross dividend per share, it emerged today.
