Insurance and Reinsurance Company Bulstrad has sold its interest in Pamporovo Jsc and reduced its stake in Agro Finance REIT, shows the Central Depository's monthly bulletin.

The insurer has transferred its 9.99% of the capital of Pamporovo to CSIF Jsc, which is 99.938% controlled by Tsvetelina Karagiozova. CSFI now has 48.736% of Pamporovo and Perla Management has 30.0468%.

Bulstrad has also sold 1.859% of the capital of Agro Finance REIT and currently controls 3.3883%.

A few weeks ago Rumen Yanchev, chair of Bulstrad's Supervisory Board, said the market of general insurance in Bulgaria will see a growth of between 13 and 20% this year.

Yanchev said the premium income on the market is estimated at 1.2 billion leva (613.5 mln euros), which is 19% up from 2006.

The stock was traded at an average of 16 leva/share yesterday on BSE.
