Unipack of Pavlikeni (

) will raise its capital for the second time in the last six months using own funding.

The shareholders of the company will put to vote at a general meeting, scheduled for June 27, the increase of the capital from 1.136 mln leva (695,300 euros) to 2.272 mln leva (1.16 mln euros) through the issuing of 1.136 mln new shares with 1 lev par value each. The new shares will be distributed among the shareholders proportionally to their participation in the capital prior to the increase.

The final date for sealing deals in Unipack’s stock, which will enable the shareholders to exercise their voting rights at the general meeting, is set for May 11, 2008.

Unipack hiked in the end of December 2007 its capital from 113,000 leva (57,800 euros) to 1.136 mln leva through the issuing of nine shares for each existing share.

A total of 150 shares in the company traded hands on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on May 10 at a price of 13.50 leva apiece.
