The construction of residential complex Residencia Botanica in Sofia will start May 21 (Wednesday) with a short ceremony and planting of sapling trees, Homeforyou told Profit.bg.

Residencia Botanica will be situated right next to the Botanic Garden and Sofia Cinema Center in one of the capital city's richest neighborhoods – Boyana.

The complex will comprise two areas – a residential and a service area. The total built-up area of the residential zone is 40,000 sq.m. It would feature 213 apartments in four luxurious three-and four-storey buildings. The complex will have sublevel parking lots with a capacity of 305 vehicles and a smaller outdoor parking with a capacity of 23 vehicles. All parking spaces will be lighted.

There will be apartments of different type and size, such as studios, maisonettes etc. Their size will vary from 50 to 200 sq.m. Residents will be able to chose apartments of different stage of development and equipment. The buildings will have a central heating and gasification system.

The developer has also planned to include gardens, playgrounds and water fountains in order to create a beautiful and pleasant common area. 24-hour security and video surveillance will guarantee the residents' safety.

The service area will comprise a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a SPA studio, a beauty salon, a restaurant and a super market, a kindergarten and a foreign language school, and a cafe on the alley to the Stalbata area. The plans include a variety of greenery.

The service area will feature a multifunction center Harmony that will comprise a SPA center, a gym, a beauty salon, aerobics club, children day care (one for children up to 3 years of age and one for children 4-12), an internet cafe, an indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi in the summer, a sauna, a pharmacy, a medical office etc.
