Lomsko Pivo Seeks 4.5 Million Leva in Capital Increase Procedures

At a general meeting held 27 May shareholders in Lomsko Pivo Jsc (
) have approved a proposal for capital increase from 4.5 million to 6 million leva (3.06 mln euros), the Bulgarian Stick Exchange announced.
The company will issue 1.5 million paperless, voting shares with a face value of 1 leva and issuing price of 3 leva each.
If all shares are subscribed and paid the company will raise some 4.5 mln leva (2.3 mln euros) in the procedures.
The capital increase will be considered successful if at least 500,000 new shares are subscribed.
The brewery is controlled by Enemona Jsc, which last year announced they are looking for a buyer for it.
Investors holding the stock no later than 7 days after the date of the publication of the notice in the State Gazette will be entitled to receive new shares.
The last transaction on the position has been at 3.60 leva apiece.
