Sofia Commerce To Pay 1.0 Leva Dividend per Share to Common Stockholders

Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage (
) will distribute dividend to holders of privileged and common stock in the company, the shareholders decided at a general meeting held on Friday, x3news reported.
As a result, the holders of preferred stock will receive 0.75 leva gross dividend per share, while the common stock holders will be paid 1.0 leva gross dividend per share.
The shareholders of Sofia Commerce-Pawn Brokerage also authorized the board of directors to decide on the repurchasing of shares of the company.
The board of directors will be able to decide on the buyback of up to 3% of the shares outstanding of the company in a one-year period.
The minimum and and maximum price of the shares will be set in accordance with the Public Offering of Securities Act and the regulations of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
No deals in preferred or common stock of the company have been sealed so far today. There are four bids for preferred stock of the company, ranging between 7 and 7.99 leva per share. The asks range between 8.1 and 10.38 leva per share.
The bids for common stock range between 5.15 leva and 6.42 leva per share. The asks stand at 6.75 - 8.45 leva per share.
