Unlike the previous days, the indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended today's session mixed. The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 0.22% to 1,194.24 points, posting a loss for eight day in a row.

The broader BG40 index advanced by 0.84% to 325.94 pints. The BG REIT index of real estate investment trusts slipped by 0.65% to 93.77 points, while the BG TR30 index of best performers in total return added 0.91% closing at 804.68 points.

A total of 129 issues were traded today, while BSE's overall turnover amounted to 8.99 mln leva. A total of 42 of the traded stocks ended the day in positive territory. The value of the block and other registered trades stood at 4.32 mln leva. A total of 680,000 shares, accounting for 25.6% of the capital of Neochim, changed hands in a single transaction today.

Evro Fert sold the stake, which was acquired by Eco Tech at a price of 1 leva per share.

Sparky Eltos' stock advanced in a second straight session. The stock has appreciated by nearly 7% to an average of 12.81 leva per share in the last two days. A total of 14,227 shares in the company changed hands today.

Petrol's stock price also registered a steep increase today. The stock of the company advanced by 10.52% to an average of 9.14 leva per share after having lost over 18% in the previous three days.

Chimimport shed 1.27% to an average of 10.1 leva per share today after 10,123 shares traded.

Synergon Holding and Monbat also ended the day on positive territory. The stock of the holding company appreciated by 0.35% to an average of 8.65 leva per share, while Monbat's stock price went up by 0.3% to an average of 13.39 leva per share.

The sharp price fluctuations on the position of Kremikovtzi continued today. The stock of the steel mill closed 29.78% higher at 2.31 leva per share today, posting a strong gain for a second straight day.

The latest news on Kremikovtsi was the agreement signed between the syndicates within the steel mill and representatives from ArcelorMittal, which envisages the workers not to be laid off in the next 2-3 years should ArcelorMittal become the owner of the steel mill.

Agria Group Holding also ended the day on positive turf. The stock of the company advanced by 0.11% to an average of 9 leva per share. A total of 1,197 shares in the holding company traded hands today.

First Investment Bank (FIBank) was traded in high volumes on the day. The volume on the position amounted to 165,535 shares. A total of 138,000 shares changed hands in four transactions at prices of 7.09 and 7.1 leva per share. FIBank's stock price declined by 0.14% to an average of 7.1 leva per share.

Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria's stock added 4% to its value closing at an average of 2.6 leva per share. A total of 24,134 shares in the company changed hands on the day.
