BSE Indexes Close Mixed on Monday
The four indexes of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) ended the first session of he week mixed.
The SOFIX blue-chip index advanced by 1.09% to 1,154.9 points, while the BG TR30 index of best performers in total return edged 0.23% up to 769.88 points. The broader BG40 index slipped by 0.04% to 306.48 points, while the BG REIT skidded 0.18% lower to 95.76 points.
BSE's overall trading turnover totaled 3.83 mln leva. The number of traded issues stood at 119. A total of 46 of the stocks ended the day with gains. The value of the transactions sealed on the non-regulated market amounted to 1.65 mln leva.
Three of the companies included in Chimimport's portfolio logged considerable losses today. Central Cooperative bank's stock depreciated by 3.52% to an average of 5.02 leva per share. The stock continues to be heavily traded on BSE. A total of 175,311 shares in the bank changed hands today.
Oil & Gas Exploration & Production's stock price went up by 5.06% to an average of 7.5 leva per share, while Bulgarian River Shipping plunged by 9.82% to an average of 4.4 leva per share.
Unlike the above-mentioned companies, Chimimpoirt's stock appreciated by 0.56% to an average of 8.99 leva per share after 24,338 shares traded.
Albena Invest Holding's stock price went down by 2.16% to an average of 13.5 leva per share along with the news that the company will distribute dividend.
Petrol's stock was also heavily traded but the stock of the company continued to depreciate. The company shed 2.32% of its value, closing at an average of 8.39 leva per share.
The stock price of Industrial Holding Bulgaria (7.06 leva per share) and Synergon Holding (7.7 leva per share) remained unchanged today.
A total of 15,533 shares in Monbat traded hands today. The stock of the company appreciated by 0.7% to an average of 12.81 leva per share.
Other gainers today included Stara Planina Hold (+3.3%, to 5.31 leva per share), Sopharma (+2.42%, to 6.07 leva per share) and Lead and Zinc Complex (+5.88%, to 36.52 leva per share).
Eurohold Bulgaria was among the stocks traded on BSE's Unofficial market that got off to a good start to the week. The stock of the company depreciated by 2.36% to an average of 5.12 leva per share. Euroins advanced by 3.62% to an average of 8.29 leva per share.
The stock price of the Bulgarian American Credit Bank went up by 4.75% to an average of 62.94 leva per share. Corporate Commercial Bank ended the day 2.1% higher at 91.03 leva per share.
Web Media Group's stock continues to appreciate. The company advanced by 7.14% to an average of 2.97 leva per share. A total of 1,220 shares were traded on the position today.
Svilosa's stock shed 1.64% to 3.15 leva per share after 1,630 shares traded. The last deal was sealed at a price of 4.8 leva per share.
