Shareholders in Billboard Jsc approved a decision to increase the company's capital from 7.5 mln to 15 mln leva (7.6 mln euros), x3news reported.

The company will hike capital with own funds using last year's profit (9.6 mln leva, 4.9 mln euros).

Shareholders also authorized the Board of Directors to be able to raise the capital to up to 50 mln leva in the next 5 years.

Billboard reported net consolidated profit in the amount of 5.641 mln leva (2.88 mln euros) for Q1 this year. This is 46% up compared with the same period last year.

Net consolidated profit for Q1 stands at 394,000 leva, up 46% compared with the same period last year.

181 shares changed hands today at prices between 11.02 and 11.10 leva.
