Shareholders in Zlatni Piasatsi Jsc authorized the management to buy properties from subsidiary Parkstroy, x3news reported.

The deal is valued at 5.777 mln leva (2.95 mln euros), or 6.93 mln leva (3.54 mln euros) VAT included.

Shareholders controlling 92.58% of the capital attended the meeting, Zlatni Jsc did not vote as it is a concerned party according to POSA.

The general meeting also adopted the size of the monthly remunerations for the members of the company Supervisory Board – 10,000 leva for the chairman, 3,000 leva for the vice-chair, and 1,500 leva for the members.

50 shares have changed hands on the position on BSE so far today at 8.50 leva.
