Deals in stocks of Slantse Stara Zagora-Tabac and Sofia Hotel Balkan accounted for 23.548 mln leva, or 88%, of today's trading turnover of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

More than 1.075 mln shares in Slantse Stara Zagora-Tabac traded hands on BSE at prices ranging between 10.60 and 19.75 leva per share. Thus Bulgartabac Holding sold its stake in the tobacco company. More than 22,000 shares in Sofia Hotel Balkan were traded today at the price of the tender offer (102.04 leva per share).

Sopharma shed over 4.5% in the early session to end the day 0.39% higher at 5.12 leva per share.

Orgachim's stock depreciated by 6.25% to an average of 225.00 leva per share, while Chimimport and Monbat lost 2% each to 8.31 and 11.49 leva per share, respectively.

Neochim slipped by 1.86% to under 70 leva per share (69.02 leva). Enemona, and Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria skidded 1.68 and 2.59% lower to an average of 17.54 and 2.35 leva per share, respectively.

Stara Planina Hold and Eurohold Bulgaria traded on positive territory today. Stara Planina Hold advanced by 0.98% to 5.08 leva per share, while Eurohold Bulgaria ended the day 0.2% higher at 4.93 leva per share.

Odessos Ship Repair Yard's stock added 2.22% to its value closing at 227.31 leva per share, while Albena advanced by 2.04%, to 74.27 leva per share.

The SOFIX blue-chip index slipped by 0.81% to 1,083.64 points, while the broader BG40 shed 1.22%, to 277.50 points.
