A total of 12,469,611 rights issued as part of the capital raise operation of Advance Terrafund REIT changed hands in the first five days of trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (August 14-20), data of Profit.bg and the bourse show.

A total of 733,000 rights were transferred on the position today at a price of 0.005 and 0.006 leva apiece. International Financial Corporation, the investment unit of the World Bank, has subscribed shares for 15 mln euros in the REIT, which means that the capital increase may be considered a success.

Advance Terrafund currently owns 24,500 ha of arable worth over 100 mln leva, or 2.27 leva per share.

The rights of the REIT will be traded until August 27 under the 6A6A stock symbol. The company will raise more than 125 mln leva, if all new shares get subscribed.
