Selecting the public companies with the worst corporate governance turned out to be an easy task for the participants in the inquiry conducted by Profit.bg.

Yesterday's participants in the inquiry about the companies with best corporate governance on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange had difficulties selecting the top three. The participants in today's inquiry even suggested that a top 30 of the public companies with the worst corporate governance should be made.

Similarly to yesterday's inquiry there are distinct winners today as well. The Golden Raspberry Award in the category goes to the managerial teams of four companies.

AKB group, Polimeri, Biovet and Kremikovtzi occupied the top spot of today's ranking with four votes each.

Synergon Holding (traded on BSE's most prestigious segment) and Aroma ranked second with two nominations each.
