Billboard's Consolidated Profit Doubles In H1

) consolidated profit more than doubled in H1compared with the first half of 2007, from 569,000 leva to 1.33 mln leva (approx. 680 thousand euros).
Net sales revenues stood at 13.35 mln leva (6.8 mln euros), which is a hike of 42% y/y. Total revenues amount to 13.38 mln leva versus 9.4 mln leva a year ago.
On June 30 costs totaled 11.8 mln leva (6.03 mln euros), up from 8.68 mln leva for H1 last year. Costs on economic elements are up by 37.8% to 11.23 mln leva.
The balanced value of assets is at 41.47 mln leva (21.2 mln euros), which is a 7.7% hike on yr.
On June 30 the company's core capital stood at 7.5 mln leva (3.8 mln euros) and equity capital was at 23.46 mln leva (11.9 mln euros), versus 22.53 mln leva at the end of December.
Billboard's capital hike was recently listed with the public register. The company increased capital from 7.5 mln to 15 mln leva (7.6 mln euros) by issuing 7.5 mln new shares. Each shareholder is to receive one new share for free.
Billboard plans investments worth 11.6 mln euros by the end of the year, 3.7 ml euros of which own funds, the company said at the beginning of August.
1,127 shares traded hands on BSE today at an average of 5.52 leva apiece, adding 1.09% for the day.
