Albena Invest Holding (

) booked 1.227 mln leva consolidated profit, 0.20 leva per share, for the first half of 2008, down by 200,000 leva compared to the corresponding period of 2007.

The sales revenue of the company declined by 30.5% to 6.086 mln leva for the first six months of the year.

Albena Invest Holding's issued capital amounts to 5.5 mln leva, while the equity capital of the company stands at 154.43 mln leva as at the end of June.

The liabilities of the holding company remain almost unchanged at 20.8 mln leva as at the end of the first half of the year.

A total of 15 companies were included in the consolidated report of Albena Invest Holding. Major shareholder in the company is Albena AD with 45.12% of the capital.

Albena Invest Holding's stock was last traded at a price of 9.10 leva per share.
