The general meeting of shareholders in Sopharma Jsc approved a proposal to allocate 6.6 million leva as dividend, x3news reported.

Dividend per share stands at 0.05 leva, which is a net 0.0475 leva for individuals, adjusted for he 5% tax.

Payment starts 8 September 2008.

Sopharma Jsc posted net consolidated profit in the amount of 11.46 mln leva (5.85 mln euros), against 20 mln leva (10.2 mln euros) a year ago.

Net sales revenues are up 31.48% to 219.2 mln leva (112 mln euros). The company's core capital stands at 132 mln leva (67.4 mln euros) and equity capital is at 238.6 mln leva (121.9 mln euros).

7,990 shares changed hands today at prices between 4.15 and 4.31 leva.
