Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) has entered a new share issue of Billboard floated as a result of the capital increase of the company from 7.5 mln leva to 15 mln leva.

The value of the issue amounts to 7.5 mln leva, divided in as many shares with 1 leva par value each. The issue was entered into the public register in order to be traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).

Billboard's consolidated profit went up by 133% in the first half of 2008, compared to the corresponding period of 2007. The company booked 13.35 mln leva consolidated sales revenue in the first six months of the year.

The last deal in Billboard's stock was sealed at a price of 5.85 leva per share.

The FSC also entered PRC REIT's share issue floated as a result of the capital increase of the company from 650,000 leva to 5.85 mln leva.

The issue amounts to 5.2 mln leva divided in 520,000 shares with 10 leva par value each. The issue was entered into the public register in order to be traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE).
