The construction of Arco Invest's largest project in Bulgaria started today, the company told Profit.bg.

Philip Stoyanov, Holding Roads CEO and Emil Mechkiyan, Arco Invest general manager, turned the first sod on the construction today.

Manastirski L!VD Apartments is the largest project of the Estonian company in Bulgaria.

“We hope that this project will repeat the success of our first one – BLVD Residence on Madrid Blvd in Sofia”, investments general manager Beyko Taevre said.

Manastirski L!VD Apartments will comprise three apartment buildings with TBA of 35,000 square meters and 284 units. 25 shop units will be available on the ground floor. The complex will have a parking lot with the capacity of 217 vehicles.

An agreement for the first stage of the construction, worth 6.1 mln euros, has already been signed with Road Construction Equipment Jsc.

The complex has to be completed by November 2009, according to plans.
