Two public companies start paying dividend on 2007 income today (15 September). Those are Slancho Jsc and Bulgaria Property REIT, which are to allocate 0.10 and 0.025 leva gross dividend per share.

The unused rights issued in the capital increase of Arco Towers REIT (just two in number) will be auctioned today.

The fund is in the process of capital increase from 650,000 to 780,000 leva. The company is offering 130,000 rights at a par value of 1 lev and issuing price of 113 leva. If all rights are subscribed, the fund will raise a total of 14.7 mln leva (7.5 mln euros).

Two companies are floating shares on Wednesday – Balkan Property Instruments REIT and Billboard Jsc. The latter increased capital from 7.5 mln leva to 15 mln leva (7.6 mln euros).

Trade in rights issued by Industrial Holding Bulgaria also starts Wednesday. The fund issued 43.756 mln rights. 200 rights entitle to the subscription of 1 bond.

The issue's stands at 21.878 mln leva (11.1 mln euros), allocated in 218,780 common, interest-bearing, convertible, transferable and non-secured bonds at a par and issuing value of 100 leva each.

17 September (Thursday) is ex-dividend date for trade in Katex Jsc. The company is paying 0.30 leva gross dividend per share.

Mountain Paradise Invest REIT starts capital increase procedures on Friday. The rights will be traded between September 19 and October 2.

The initial capital increase will be from 500,000 leva to 10 mln leva via issue of 9.5 mln new shares.

Shares will have a par value of 1 lev and issuing price of 1.09 leva. If th e procedures are successful, the company will raise a total of 10.36 mln leva (5.29 mln euros).

Mountain Paradise will issue 9.5 mln rights in a 1/1 rights/shares proportion. The stock symbol is MRHA.
